Edie's Hi-Fi Speakeasy
Step behind the restored brick wall into Edie’s — a hidden private room with vintage 1970s New York character, modern funk, a dedicated private bar, and its own independent sound system for a playlist that feels completely yours.
The Lips Studio
A dedicated private setting for bigger nights. The Lips Studio pairs a floor-to-ceiling red velvet curtain with a candlelit private bar, restored brick, original artwork, greenery, and a layout built for mingling.
The Gallery
Set in the front section of The Factory 380’s main bar, The Gallery gives smaller groups a defined space without pulling them away from the action. It is made for happy hours, birthdays, networking, cocktails, and relaxed celebrations.
